'In-stock' items will usually be delivered within 10 working days after you have placed your order.
Our Customer Service Team or courer will make contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery date.  

If your order contains a 'pre-order' item, we will combine your items together and arrange delivery once all items are in stock. 

We always try to delivery all items on your order together, on the same day.
Sometimes however, items on your order may be despatched from multiple warehouses, which may mean items will be delivered separetely and possibly, on different days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Many thanks for your enquiry. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way which will include tracking information. 

Sometimes, items on your order may be despatched from multiple warehouses, so you may receive more than one tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Many thanks for your enquiry. 

We hope you will be happy with the products you choose from us, but we understand that sometimes things aren't right and that you may decide you wish to return something.
We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy, effective from the day your order is delivered, to give you complete peace of mind. 

When returning or exchanging an item, all we ask is that the item(s) are unused and in the original condition you received them in. This includes all labels and tags being intact and original packaging being used. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges after the 14-day period or, if the item(s) have been used.

Returning larger items will incur a cost. This cost will be dependant on the items ordered.
We receive confirmation of the cost from our couriers and will deduct this from your refund.
If you are returning smaller items, please use a tracked service. 

If you wish to return an item, please email our Customer Service team at customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk with details of the item(s) you wish to return and your order reference number.
We will be happy to help you through the process.

I want to return my item

Many thanks for your enquiry. 

All items on our website are marked with either 'in-Stock' or 'Pre-Order'.
Items marked 'Pre-Order' will show a Due-In date. This is when we expect stock to arrive into our warehouse.
This is an estimated date as occasionally, we encounter unforeseen delays.
If there are any major delays, we would notify you. 

Once the items have arrived into our warehouse, we will start preparing your order for despatch.
From this point, we aim to deliver your items within 10 working days.
Either our Customer Service Team or Courier will make contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note that when purchasing 'pre-order' item(s) we are unable to offer 'Payment on Delivery'. Your item(s) must be paid for in-full prior to delivery.

What does pre-order mean? 

Many thanks for your enquiry,

We are sorry to hear something is not quite right with your delivery. 

To report a damaged or faulty item, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk with the following information...

1. Your order number and a description of the faulty or damaged item(s) with as much information as possible.
Referring to assembly instructions for item/part descriptions is really helpful.

2. Photos (close-up and wide-shot) and videos of the affected item(s)/part(s) can be really helpful.
If you have pictures of how the item(s) were delivered (i.e. any damage to the boxes etc), this would also be helpful. 

Our Customer Service and Technical teams can then assess your claim and establish the correct solution.
Please note we may need more information from you but will be in touch with you as quickly as we can.
