Before you start
- Bolt-down happens at the very start. Base plates must be fixed before any of the frame goes up. Your ground must be completely ready before you begin, whether you are self-assembling or our team is installing.
- If you have purchased the integrated heater it must be on site and accessible. It is fitted during the build and cannot be added afterwards.
Professional installation service
The Deluxe installation service includes delivery, full assembly, bolt-down as standard and removal of all packaging. Available nationwide across the UK mainland.
3m x 3m: £599
3m x 4m: £699
3m x 6m: £799
Bolt-down to porcelain tiles carries an additional charge of £250. Contact us to arrange this.
We will be in touch after ordering to arrange a date within 14 business days, or up to 3 weeks between February and September.
Before we arrive
- Ground preparation must be fully complete as bolt-down is the first step so the surface must be ready before we start.
- If you have purchased a heater have it on site and accessible.
- The installation area must be completely cleared of furniture, planters and any obstacles.
- You must be home for the full duration of the visit.
Self-assembly
- The Deluxe is a complex motorised structure. Allow a full day and have at least 3 people available.
- Bolt down the base plates first before erecting any of the frame.
- If you have purchased a heater it must be fitted during the build. Have it ready before you start.
- Check all components before starting. If anything is missing or damaged contact us before beginning assembly.
- Choose a dry calm day

Changed your mind about self-assembly? The professional installation service can still be added. Contact us before your delivery is scheduled to arrange it.
On installation day
- Base plates get fixed and bolted down first before any of the frame is assembled.
- If you have a heater it goes in during the build.
- The motorised louvre system is set up and fully tested.
- LED lighting zones, remote pairing and app connection are all completed.
- The team will walk you through everything before they leave.
- All packaging is taken away.
Operating your Deluxe
Louvres
Controlled via the supplied remote, the Yotrio app (iOS and Android) or manual override if needed. Built-in wind and rain sensors close the louvres automatically when the weather turns.
LED lighting
Integrated into the louvre frame. Control zones, colours and brightness via the remote or app.
Integrated heater
2400W infrared, WiFi and Bluetooth enabled using the same app as the louvres. Check your outdoor electrical supply is up to it before installation day.
What you can add to your Deluxe
The following can all be added at any time after installation.
Manual Drop Side Blinds
Available in 3m and 4m lengths in Grey. Can be added to any open side after installation.
Louvred Side Panels
Fixed aluminium panels available in 3m and 4m widths.
Glass or Louvred Sliding Doors
Fully opening in 3m and 4m, available in glass or louvred aluminium.
Garden Furniture
Luna is the most popular range alongside the Deluxe. The Luna Corner Dining Sets with Rising Fire Pit Table work particularly well for 3m x 3m and 3m x 4m models. For the 3m x 6m extending dining sets are the better fit. The Luna and Pello extending ranges are both strong choices.
Motorised Awnings
A popular way to extend covered outdoor space beyond the pergola footprint.
Keeping your Deluxe in great shape
- Check all bolts and structural joints regularly, particularly before and after strong winds.
- Keep gutters and drainage channels clear of debris at all times.
- Check the motor housing once a year for any signs of moisture.
- Clean the aluminium frame annually with a suitable aluminium cleaner.
- We recommend adding your pergola to your home insurance from the day of installation.
