What to Expect at Your Showroom Visit

  • Appointments typically last 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore our full range.
  • One of our furniture specialists will be on hand throughout your visit to answer questions, discuss sizes and configurations, and help you find pieces that suit your space.
  • We recommend bringing room measurements and any inspiration images you have — the more we know about your space, the better we can help.
  • There's no pressure to purchase on the day; the appointment is simply a chance to see and feel our furniture in person.

Preparing for Your Visit

  • Parking: Free parking is available directly outside our showroom.
  • What to bring: Floor plans, room dimensions, or photos of your space are really useful for our team.
  • Samples: If you'd like to take fabric or material samples home, just let your consultant know during the visit.

3. How to book an appointment

Appointments are roughly one hour. A product specialist will be on hand to answer any questions about our products and stock availability. You're welcome to bring friends or family along to help with your decision.

4. Virtual appointments

If you're unable to visit us in person, we're happy to arrange a personal virtual appointment via Zoom — our team brings the showroom to you, wherever you are.

5. What's on display?

Our showroom features a wide variety of Dining Sets, Pergolas, Casual Dining Sets, Loungers, Sofas, Accessories and a small selection from our Indoor range. Products currently on display are marked on our website with the "On display at the showroom" label.

6. Placing an order

You're welcome to place an order during your showroom visit and our team will be happy to help. Please note that we do not hold stock at the showroom — items will be delivered to your home address in the usual way.

7. Accessibility

Our showroom is spread across two floors. Unfortunately there is no lift to the second floor.

Important: If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

8. EV charging

We have one Type-2 EV charger available at the showroom on a first come, first served basis. Just ask a member of our team when you arrive and we'll be happy to help.

There are also Rapid and Ultra (CCS and CHAdeMO) public chargers within 5 miles of our showroom.

Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments

How do I reschedule my showroom appointment?

1. Locate Your Confirmation Email
  • After booking your showroom visit, you'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
  • This email includes options to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment.
2. Click "Reschedule"
  • Selecting this link will take you back to our booking page, where you'll see our team's current availability.
  • Simply choose a new time that works for you, just as you did when you originally booked.
3. Choose a New Time
  • Select your preferred date and time, confirm the change, and you'll receive an updated confirmation email.
  • Please note: Our showroom team will be automatically notified — no need to contact us separately.

How do I cancel my showroom appointment?

1. Find the Cancellation Link
  • Open your booking confirmation email and click the Cancel option.
2. Confirm the Cancellation
  • You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, the appointment will be removed from both your calendar and ours.
3. Let Us Know Why (Optional)
  • You're welcome to leave a short note when cancelling. We'd love to know if there's anything we can do to help you rebook at a more convenient time.
