We'd love to welcome you to our showroom in person — or virtually if you can't make the trip. Here's everything you need to know before your visit.
1. Where are we?
Our showroom is located at:

We're located right next door to our Head Offices, close to Cambridge and Newmarket.
Free parking is available on site.
2. Opening hours

Please note: Visits are by appointment only — we are not open for walk-ins. Please book before travelling.
3. How to book an appointment
Appointments are roughly one hour. A product specialist will be on hand to answer any questions about our products and stock availability. You're welcome to bring friends or family along to help with your decision.

4. Virtual appointments
If you're unable to visit us in person, we're happy to arrange a personal virtual appointment via Zoom — our team brings the showroom to you, wherever you are.

Our showroom features a wide variety of Dining Sets, Pergolas, Casual Dining Sets, Loungers, Sofas, Accessories and a small selection from our Indoor range. Products currently on display are marked on our website with the "On display at the showroom" label.
For any products not on display, we have a full range of material sample swatches available at the showroom. Take a look around before you visit:

You're welcome to place an order during your showroom visit and our team will be happy to help. Please note that we do not hold stock at the showroom — items will be delivered to your home address in the usual way.
7. Accessibility
Our showroom is spread across two floors. Unfortunately there is no lift to the second floor.
Important: If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
8. EV charging
We have one Type-2 EV charger available at the showroom on a first come, first served basis. Just ask a member of our team when you arrive and we'll be happy to help.
There are also Rapid and Ultra (CCS and CHAdeMO) public chargers within 5 miles of our showroom.
