Can I return my item(s)?Updated 5 months ago

We are sorry to hear you would like to return your order, but of course we can help.


You will need to advise us of your decision to return item(s) within 14 days of delivery

The item(s) will need to be returned to us within 14 days of us confirming your return

Once we have received and checked your items, we will issue your refund within 14 days.


How do I initiate a return?

Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Full Name on Order
  3. Items to Return
  4. Reason for Return

Please note. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging.


For smaller items: Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to log your return with one of our agents. The return cost for any small item is the responsibility of the customer and it is suggested that you use a tracked service when returning your items.

We will provide a returns form and an returns number, which must be included in your return package. If this documentation is not included, it will take considerably longer to process your return & refund. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 - 7 working days once they have been received and passed quality control checks. 


For larger items:  Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to log your return with one of our agents.

We understand returning larger items can be difficult, so we are able to provide a quotation for the collection of any returns (Prices will vary depending on the size of the goods being collected and your postcode location). Harbour Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any missed collections, nor will we provide compensation for missed collections.
