What if there are delays to pre ordered items?Updated 7 months ago

When placing orders for 'pre-order' items, you will see a 'Due In' date. This is the date that your items are due to arrive at our warehouse and should not be confused with the delivery date to your address. Once the items arrive with us, please allow for a 7-10 working day period (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Should there be significant delays to the 'pre-order' date detailed in your confirmation email, our customer services team will contact you to keep you updated. Alternatively, if this updated timescale is not acceptable to you then we can help you explore other options.
