I need my order now, do you offer an express delivery option?Updated 5 months ago

The majority of our smaller items and accessories are delivered with the Express Delivery option offered by our third-party carrier DX.

For larger items, it is not possible to offer express delivery as the majority of orders are delivered by two people. When your order is placed, your items are picked up and packed by our warehouse team. The items are then collected by our third-party carriers who will transport your items to their depot to be routed. Once your order is routed you will receive communication in the form of an email, call, or text message. If the proposed date is not suitable then we ask you to rearrange with our third-party courier directly.

Please note, that all orders, whether they go on our express, 1-man, or 2-man delivery service are all subject to the 7-10 working day delivery period which we state on our website and order confirmations.
