Why have the pre order dates changed?Updated 3 months ago

You may revisit our website every now and then and see that our 'pre-order' dates change fairly regularly - this is completely normal!

When we receive items into our warehouse, stock is allocated to existing orders. Once that shipment is fully allocated, the pre-order date displayed on our website will be changed to the next stock delivery we are expecting into our warehouse.

Pre-order dates can also change if our factory or delivery partners' schedules change. If you have placed an order and there are any significant changes to the date you have on your confirmation email, we will get in touch and notify you.

Please note if you have already placed an order, it is important to refer to the pre-order date which is on your order confirmation.
