Pre order dates explainedUpdated 3 months ago

All items on our website that are available to purchase by 'pre-order' will show an estimated date of when the items will arrive into our warehouse - this is not the date the item will be delivered to your address!

We describe this as an estimated date because sometimes there are unforeseen delays with our inbound stock deliveries. If there are any major delays, we would notify you. 

Please note that when purchasing items that are on 'pre-order', payment is required in full at the time of ordering (not when the items are delivered). 

Once the items have arrived into our warehouse, we will start preparing your order for dispatch. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. One of our team or our couriers will get in touch about delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If your order includes our Pergola Assembly Service or Platinum, please allow longer than 7-10 days for delivery assembly

Please also note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Our couriers deliver between 8am-6pm.
