Can I collect my order from your warehouse?Updated a day ago
Under certain conditions, we can allow customers to collect their items directly from our warehouse. If you wish to use this option, please see below:
Conditions for Collection
If you would like to arrange collection from our warehouse, it is essential that the following conditions are met.
1. Make payment via BACS: For collection orders, we only accept payment via BACS (Bank Transfer). Please ensure that this payment is made in advance of your order being collected and that you follow the instructions provided by our customer services team. Please do not attempt to make a BACS payment until we have confirmed your order - you will need to contact our customer services team prior to placing your order at [email protected], on 0330 808 1744, or via our live chat.
Please Note: We cannot accept credit/debit card or finance payments for orders which will be collected from our warehouse.
2. Proof of order & Identification: Upon collection you will be required to provide proof of your order in the form of an order confirmation. In addition, we require a form of identification such as a passport or driving licence.
If someone is collecting the items on your behalf, we require you to provide us with written authorisation (including the name of the person(s) collecting your order as well as their vehicle registration number). They will need to provide identification upon arrival at our warehouse.
3. Full inspection upon collection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, you are fully responsible for inspecting the items before departure. Once the items have left our warehouse, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages which may be discovered later. We urge you to ensure a thorough inspection of the items being collected is conducted.
4. You will be provided with a date & timeslot when your order will be available to collect. Please do not arrive earlier/later than your allotted timeslot, as our warehouse is incredibly busy and your order will be prepared for collection shortly before your arrival and re-stocked after your allotted collection time.
