Can I collect my order from your warehouse?Updated 2 months ago

Under certain conditions, we can allow customers to collect their items directly from our warehouse. If you wish to use this option, please see below:

Conditions for Collection

Our warehouse is extremely busy during peak trading periods, therefore to ensure collections are conducted smoothly, you would be required to adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Make payment via BACS: For collection orders, we only accept payment via BACS (Bank Transfer). Please ensure that this payment is made in advance of your order being collected and that you follow the instructions provided by our customer services team. Please do not attempt to make a BACS payment until we have confirmed your order - you will need to contact our customer services team prior to placing your order at [email protected], 0330 808 1744, or via our live chat.
  2. Proof of order & Identification: Upon collection please provide proof of your order in the form of an order confirmation. In addition, we would require a form of identification such as a passport or driving licence. If someone is collecting the items on your behalf they would also need to provide identification.
  3. Full inspection upon collection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, you are fully responsible for inspecting the items before departure. Once the items have left our warehouse, we will not accept responsibility for any damages which may happen during transit.
