Can my order be left in a safe place?

Large furniture items cannot be left in a secure location. If you are unable to accept your items on the day of delivery, they will be returned to the depot for rebooking. Please note, there will be a re-delivery charge, which is dependent to your location.

For smaller items, you can request your delivery to be left in a secure location directly with the courier. Please note, this is at the customer's own risk, and Harbour Lifestyle will not accept any responsibility for missing items.
