Our discounts
Do you offer Blue Light, NHS, or Military discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for Blue Light card holders, NHS workers, and Military/Veterans on selected items. To receive your discount code, simply email a photo of your ID card to [email protected]. Once verified, a member of our team will send you a discount code along with details of any conditions and the expiry date.
Please note: Blue Light, NHS, and Military discounts may not always be available in conjunction with some sale promotions.
Do you offer a student discount?
We do not currently offer a student discount. If this changes, we will announce it through our website and email newsletter.
Do you have a referral or rewards scheme?
Yes. We have a rewards and referral scheme where you can earn points and discounts. You can find full details and sign up on our Rewards page.
Please note: Reward and referral discounts cannot be combined with sale discount codes or any other promotion.
Can I use a discount code in conjunction with a sale?
In most cases, discount codes cannot be applied on top of sale prices. Any conditions attached to your code will be included in the email you received when it was issued. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I apply a discount code to a gift card?
No. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card. If your basket contains a gift card alongside other products, the discount will only be applied to the physical items.
Can I apply a discount code retrospectively to an existing order?
No. We are unable to apply a discount code to an order that has already been placed. Please make sure you apply your code at checkout before confirming your order.
Using a discount code
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, enter your discount code in the discount code field and click apply. We recommend copying and pasting the code directly from your email to avoid any typing errors. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.
Can I use more than one discount code on a single order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
My discount code is not working. What should I do?
If your code is not being accepted at checkout, please check the following before contacting us:
- Expired — Check whether your code has an expiry date. This information is usually included in the email you received with the code.
- Incorrect code — Some codes are long and uniquely generated. We recommend copying and pasting the code at checkout to avoid any errors.
- Minimum spend not met — Some discount codes require a minimum order value. Check the conditions attached to your code.
- Already used — If the code is single-use and has already been applied to a previous order, it will no longer be valid.
- Excluded products — Some codes are limited to specific product collections and may not apply to everything in your basket.
- Combined with a sale — Some codes cannot be used alongside sale pricing or other promotions.

My discount code was not applied before I placed my order. Can you refund the difference?
Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively. If you forgot to apply your code before placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, although this cannot be guaranteed.
I returned part of my order that used a discount code. Will the discount still apply?
If your return means your order value falls below the minimum spend required for the discount code, the discount may be adjusted or removed as part of the refund calculation. Our customer services team will advise you of the refund amount when your return is processed.
