Paying a deposit

If you would like to place a deposit rather than pay in full upfront, this may be possible depending on the stock status of the item.

  • Pre-order items: A 30% deposit is available. The remaining balance will be due when the item arrives at our warehouse. We will not despatch your order until full payment has been received.
  • In-stock items: Deposits are not available. Full payment is required at the time of ordering, as we begin preparing your order for despatch straight away.

How do I place a 30% deposit?

Deposits cannot be placed directly through our website. To arrange a deposit on a pre-order item, please get in touch with our customer services team:

What happens after I pay my deposit?

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to let you know the outstanding balance is due. Your order will not be despatched until full payment has been received.

Important: Failure to make the final payment when your item arrives at our warehouse may result in the cancellation of your order.
