Purchasing
How do I purchase an e-gift card?
E-gift cards can be purchased in the same way as any other item on our website. You can buy one here: Purchase an e-gift card.
Can I buy an e-gift card for someone else?
Yes. Complete the purchase using your own details and the gift card will be sent to your email address. Simply forward the confirmation email — which includes the gift card code — to whoever you would like to receive it.
Can I apply a discount code when purchasing a gift card?
No. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card. If your basket contains a gift card alongside other products, any discount code will only be applied to the physical items — not the gift card.
Using your e-gift card
How long is an e-gift card valid for?
E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you attempt to use a gift card after this period it will not be accepted.
Do I have to spend the full amount in one go?
No. Any remaining balance after your first purchase can be used on future orders, as long as it is within the 12-month validity period.
Can I apply two or more e-gift cards to a single purchase?
Yes. You can use as many e-gift cards as you like against a single order.
Can I split my payment between a gift card and a debit or credit card?
Yes. You can pay part of your order using your gift card balance and cover the remaining amount with a debit or credit card.
Can I use a gift card during a sale?
Yes. Your e-gift card can be used at any time, including during sales and promotions.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance on the gift card page — the link is included in the confirmation email you received when the gift card was purchased. Alternatively, contact our customer services team at [email protected] and we will be happy to check this for you.
Returns and refunds
What happens if I return something paid for with a gift card?
If your order was paid for using a gift card, or a combination of a gift card and a debit or credit card, any refund will be returned to the original payment methods in the same order. The gift card will be credited first, with any remaining balance refunded to the debit or credit card used. Refunds to card payments typically take up to 5 working days to be processed.
