Redeeming your points
Once you've built up enough points, you can exchange them for a money off voucher and apply it at checkout. Here's what's available:

There are two different methods to redeem your reward points for a discount code:
Option 1. Redeem at checkout
- Add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your account.
- Use the dropdown above your cart total to choose your reward.
- Click APPLY — the discount will be applied immediately.
Option 2. Redeem on the rewards page
- Visit the rewards page here
- Press the 'Log in' button at the top of the rewards page to access your account and view your points balance.
- Scroll down the page until you see the heading How To Use Your Points. Here you will see your points balance and all the redeemable vouchers available.
- Once you click on the 'Redeem' button, it will generate a unique discount code specifically for you and deduct the points from your balance. You can copy the code and apply it at checkout in the discount code box.
- Please note, only one discount code can be used per order AND this discount code can not be combined with sale promotion discount codes.
- If you accidentally redeem points in error, please contact us and we will delete the code and return the points to your balance. Please note that once you generate the discount code, it remains valid for 12 months.
Important: Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discount codes. Only one reward can be applied per order.
Refer a Friend Programme
Refer a Friend — Give £100, Get £100
Share Harbour Lifestyle with a friend and you'll both benefit. When your friend makes their first purchase of £1,000 or more, they receive £100 off — and you earn £100 in reward points.
How it works
- Login to your account here.
- Once you have logged in, head over to the following Refer a Friend page
- Here you will see a referral URL that can be shared with a friend (see image below for reference).
- Your friend should visit our website using the link. If your friend fails to use this referral URL, it will result in their discount not being applied and consequently your 1000 referral points will not be added to your balance. The discount can not be retrospectively added to your friends order and the referral reward will be lost.
Please note: The referral reward only applies to the referred friend's first purchase of £1,000 or more. Referral points will be added to your account once the qualifying purchase is completed.

Frequently asked questions
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. After this period they will expire, so make sure to redeem them before then.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No — there's no cap on points. You can keep earning through purchases, reviews, social engagement, and more for as long as you're a member.
I already have an account — do I need to re-register?
No. All existing customers were automatically enrolled in Harbour Rewards when the programme launched. Simply sign in and your points balance will be waiting for you.
Will I get points for purchases I made before signing up?
Any orders placed since we launched the loyalty programme will have been automatically credited. Sign in to your account to check your current balance.
Does it cost anything to join?
Absolutely not — joining is completely free and always will be.
How do I get my birthday reward?
Add your birthday under the Ways to Earn section on the rewards page. On your birthday we'll add 250 points to your account automatically — no action required on the day.
Can I use a reward voucher with a discount code?
No — reward vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount code. If you have both, you'll need to choose one per order.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in and visit your rewards page to see your full points balance, transaction history, and available rewards.
I have multiple accounts or an old email address — can I combine them?
Yes — contact us at [email protected] and our team will merge your accounts and transfer your points balance.
Will I lose my points if I return an item?
Points earned on a returned item will be removed from your account once the refund is processed. If you used a reward voucher on an order you have returned, the voucher will not be reinstated.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes — points are earned based on the amount you spend, including sale items. Your points will be calculated on the final amount paid.
Can I earn points if I'm not logged in when I order?
Important: You must be logged in to your account at the time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be added retrospectively for orders placed as a guest. Always sign in before checking out.
