Your installation service
The Wall Mounted installation service (£799) covers everything — delivery, assembly, fixing to your wall, bolt-down and removal of all packaging. It is available nationwide across the UK mainland.
We will contact you after ordering to arrange a date within 14 business days, or up to 3 weeks between February and September. As part of this process we will send you a short form to complete covering your wall location, measurements and any access details we need.
Haven't completed the installation form yet? Contact us as soon as possible as we cannot schedule your installation date until we have received it.
Preparing your space
The Ground Preparation Guide covers what you need to do for the patio or decking around the front legs. For the wall itself, please check the following before we arrive:
- The wall must be structurally sound with no loose render, crumbling mortar or significant cracks.
- Any decorative surface such as paint, render or pebble dashing must be solid and firmly adhered.
- Check clearances above door frames and around windows as there must be sufficient room for the pergola arms.
- Note the position of any downpipes, cables or lighting that could get in the way.
- The installation area must be completely cleared on the day with no furniture, planters or obstacles.
- You need to be home throughout the installation visit.
It is not always possible to drill very close to a tile edge so allow some flexibility on exact positioning rather than planning to the centimetre.
If your pergola is going over a hot tub, on a roof terrace or anywhere non-standard, let us know before installation day with photos. There may be additional charges and we would rather plan ahead.
On and after installation day
- Our team will confirm exact positioning with you before starting.
- On completion the team will walk you through how your pergola operates including the louvres, LED lighting and any blinds.
- All packaging will be removed.
- On rare occasions a second visit is needed to complete the work. We will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
Check bolts, wall fixings and structural joints periodically, particularly before and after strong winds. Keep gutters and drainage channels clear. We recommend adding your pergola to your home insurance from the day of installation.

I haven't completed the installation form yet. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot schedule your installation date until we have received it.
What happens if the wall isn't suitable on the day the team arrives?
If the team cannot proceed there will be a charge for the return visit. Please flag anything you are unsure about to us in advance as it is much better to resolve this before the day.
Do I need to be home on the day?
Yes, you need to be present throughout the installation. Our team will confirm exact positioning with you before starting and will walk you through operation on completion.
Will the team need to come inside my home?
Not usually as everything is done from outside. If there are electrical connections needed for lighting we will let you know in advance.
Can I add front or side blinds after installation?
Yes, front and side manual blinds are available in 3m and 4m in Grey and can be added at any time after installation.
