Why do prices change?

Our prices can change throughout the season. This is something many retailers experience and is driven by a number of factors outside of our control, including:

  • Sales or seasonal promotions
  • Fluctuations in exchange rates
  • Changes to the cost of raw materials
  • Product improvements resulting in higher overall quality
  • External market factors such as inflation

We strive to maintain consistency and transparency with our pricing, and we understand it can be frustrating to see a price change after you have placed your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I get a refund or price match if the price drops after I order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, store credit, or retrospective discounts if the price of an item changes after your order has been placed. This applies to:

  • Price reductions or promotions that begin after your order date
  • Discount codes applied to an existing order after it has been placed
