If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will normally hold the entire order until all items are available and deliver everything together. However, if you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we are happy to split your delivery at no extra charge.
How to request a split delivery
Action required: Split delivery is not automatic. If you would like in-stock items delivered before your pre-order items are ready, you must contact us to request this.
Please have your order number ready when you get in touch. We will confirm the split and arrange despatch of your in-stock items as quickly as possible.
Is there a charge for split delivery?
No charge. Split delivery is available at no extra cost.
What happens to the rest of my order?
Your pre-order items will follow as soon as they arrive in our warehouse and are prepared for despatch. You will receive a separate despatch notification and delivery confirmation for the second part of your order. The process is exactly the same as a standard delivery — our carrier will be in touch to arrange a suitable date.
Can I request a split delivery after my order has been placed?
Yes — you can request a split delivery at any point before your pre-order items arrive, as long as your in-stock items have not already been despatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to arrange this.
Please note: If your in-stock items have already been despatched as part of a combined order, we are unable to split the delivery retrospectively.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
We do not offer a customer collection service from our warehouse. All orders are delivered to your address by our delivery partners. This is due to insurance and health and safety requirements in our warehouse environment.
