Stock Availability & Pre Order ItemsUpdated 3 hours ago

Our stock levels are updated in real time on our website. If an item shows as available, it can be purchased immediately. If it shows as out of stock or is not listed, this article explains what that means and what your options are.

In stock

Items marked as in stock are available to order immediately. For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 7–10 working days.

Pre-order

Items available on pre-order are confirmed with our suppliers and en route to our warehouse. The estimated date shown on the product page is when the item is due to arrive with us — not the delivery date to your address. Please allow 7–10 working days from that date for delivery.

Please note: Pre-order dates on the website are estimates and can change due to shipping or manufacturing factors outside our control. The date confirmed in your order confirmation email is the one we will work to. See our Delivery Information article for more detail on pre-orders.

Out of stock

If an item shows as out of stock, it is not currently available to purchase. We are unable to take orders for out-of-stock items.

Our policy: We will not make commitments about when an out-of-stock item will return until our supply is fully confirmed with our manufacturers. We'd rather be honest with you than give a date we can't stand behind.

Back in stock notifications

If you'd like to be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available again, you can sign up for a back in stock notification directly on the product page. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is available to order.

Important: Signing up for a notification does not reserve stock or guarantee availability. Notifications are sent when stock arrives — if demand is high, items may sell out quickly once live. We'd encourage you to order promptly when you receive a notification.

Item not listed on the website

If an item is not visible on our website at all, it is either discontinued or not currently part of our range. In either case we are unable to take an order for it, and we do not have information on whether it will return.

If you're looking for something specific and can't find it, please get in touch — we may be able to suggest a suitable alternative from our current range.

Can I reserve an item?

We do not offer a reservation service for out-of-stock or pre-order items beyond placing an order. The best way to secure an item is to order it when it becomes available.
