Stock availability — what the different statuses mean
Our stock levels are updated in real time on our website. This article explains what each availability status means and what your options are.
In stock
Items marked as in stock are available to order immediately. For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 7–10 working days.
Pre-order
Items available on pre-order have been confirmed with our suppliers and are en route to our warehouse. The estimated date shown on the product page is when the item is due to arrive with us — not the delivery date to your address. Please allow 7–10 working days from that date for delivery to you.
Important: Payment is required in full at the time of placing a pre-order — not when the item is delivered. By ordering on pre-order you are securing your place in the queue for that stock.
Why do pre-order dates change on the website?
You may notice that the pre-order date displayed on a product page changes from time to time — this is completely normal and here's why.
When a shipment arrives at our warehouse, stock is allocated to existing orders in the queue. Once that shipment is fully allocated, the date on the product page updates to reflect the next expected delivery from our suppliers. Dates can also change if factory or shipping schedules are adjusted by our manufacturers or logistics partners.
Please note: If you have already placed an order, always refer to the pre-order date on your original order confirmation email — not the date shown on the website. The website date reflects the next available stock for new orders. If there are any significant changes to the date on your confirmation, we will contact you directly.
Out of stock
If an item shows as out of stock, it is not currently available to purchase and we are unable to take orders for it.
Our policy: We will not make commitments about when an out-of-stock item will return until our supply is fully confirmed with our manufacturers. We would rather be honest with you than give a date we cannot stand behind.
Back in stock notifications
If you would like to be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available again, you can sign up for a back in stock notification directly on the product page. We will send you an email as soon as the item is available to order.
Important: Signing up for a notification does not reserve stock or guarantee availability. Notifications are sent to everyone who signed up as soon as stock goes live — if demand is high, items can sell out quickly. We encourage you to order promptly when you receive a notification.
Item not listed on the website
If an item is not visible on our website at all, it is either discontinued or no longer part of our current range. In either case we are unable to take an order for it and we do not have information on whether it will return.
If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it, please get in touch — we may be able to suggest a suitable alternative from our current range.
Can I reserve an item?
We do not offer a reservation service for out-of-stock or pre-order items beyond placing an order. The most reliable way to secure an item is to order it as soon as it becomes available.
