What happens after you submit the form?
- Your order is released — We will take your order off hold and deliver within our standard delivery timeframes.
- Installation service — If you have paid for an installation service (e.g. pergolas), our installation partners will be in touch and installation will be completed within 3 weeks. Please note that delivery and installation occur on the same day.
- Confirmation within 1 working day — You will receive an email confirming your order has been taken off hold.
- Shipping confirmation — You will receive a further email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Track your delivery — Once shipped, visit harbourlifestyle.co.uk and click the live chat icon in the bottom right corner. Select Track Orders from the top right of the chat window.
