What are my delivery options?
For orders over £50, we offer free delivery to most locations on the UK mainland, excluding certain areas in Scotland.
If you live in a remote location, please contact Harbour Lifestyle on 0330 808 1744 before placing your order to confirm that we can deliver to your address.
We are not currently able to deliver to the islands of the United Kingdom.
For 'in-stock' items, we aim to get orders delivered within 7-10 working days.
If your order contains 'pre-order' items, delivery will be arranged when all items in your order are in stock.
If you would like us to deliver 'in-stock' items before 'pre-order' items become available, please contact us on 0330 808 1744.
Although we will do everything to deliver your order quickly, during busy times it is possible that deliveries may sometimes take longer than 7-10 working days.

Standard Delivery Service
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge on all orders over £50.
Delivery of orders under £50 are charged at £4.99.
Standard deliveries may be made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners.
For outside products, we will deliver to your garden.
For indoor products, we will deliver to your room of choice.
Our teams will be able to take the items in your order up one flight of stairs.
If your order is required to be taken up more than one flight of stairs or in an elevator, please contact us on 0330 808 1744 prior to placing your order.
Please Note: Our Standard Delivery Service does not include product assembly or packaging removal.
Platinum Delivery Service £179 (Not applicable to Pergola orders)
Our Platinum Delivery Service is currently charged at £179 and is available nationwide on all Harbour Lifestyle indoor and outdoor furniture (but does not include Pergolas).
Platinum Delivery includes delivery & assembly of your furniture, we will then remove a take all packaging for recycling.
Should your order not require assembly, please see our Packaging Removal Service below.
Packaging Removal Service £75 (Not applicable to Pergola orders)
Our Packaging Removal Service is currently priced at £75 and is available nationwide on all Harbour Lifestyle indoor and outdoor furniture (but does not include Pergolas).
Our packaging Removal Service includes delivery and removal of all packaging for recycling. This service does not include furniture assembly.
Should your order require assembly, please see our Platinum Delivery Service above.
Regardless of which products are ordered and which delivery service you select, Harbour Lifestyle cannot accept responsibility for any costs associated with delays to your delivery/assembly/installation. This includes, but is not limited to; contractor costs & time taken off work.
