Harbour Lifestyle offers 1-year, 3-year, 5-year & 7-year guarantees across our furniture ranges and accessories. Please note our guarantee across our Outdoor Fabric, Rope Weave, Rattan & Aluminium ranges only covers structural damage (framework), oxidisation and discolouration in the UK. Please note for wooden furniture, discolouration and weathering will occur over time even with the correct care solutions being applied to the furniture, please follow our product care guidance for all our wooden garden furniture. Fire-pit systems and all accessories are covered by a 1-year guarantee. The guarantee does not include glass, ceramic glass, cushion fabric, cushion fillings, rattan, rope weave, or stitching supplied with the furniture sets.

Please note our PergoSTET Pergolas come with a 3-year guarantee on the beams and main pergola structure. The side blinds and operating louvres are covered by a 1-year guarantee. Please note any amendments made to our products will automatically void your warranty. In addition, our warranty is only valid in the UK. 


Harbour reserves the right to not apply the guarantee where it deems, and/or when damages and defects are caused by the below:

  • There's evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment
  • The product hasn't been properly maintained in accordance with our care instructions  
  •  The product is in an unsanitary condition (for example, caused by pets or pests). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product  
  • The product has been exported outside of the UK  
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Commercial use (unless agreed at the point of order)

Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.


How do I make a claim on the guarantee?  

If you need to make a claim please send an email [email protected] with a detailed description of the fault. Please include photographs to support your claim.

You'll need proof of purchase including your order confirmation number. 

If your product is unable to be repaired then we'll replace it with the same model. However, if your product is no longer available, we will exchange it with one of an equivalent specification or purchase value.
