We completely understand that the prospect of assembling your pergola can feel like a daunting task. That's why we offer a limited pergola assembly service which allows for a professional and smooth installation of your pergola.
What is the availability of this service?
Currently, our assembly service is available to customers who live within mainland UK (England, Wales & Scotland).
Price & Availability
Our Pergola Assembly service is currently priced at £499 and includes delivery of the Pergola, full assembly and removal of all packaging. For insurance reasons, our Pergola Assembly Team are not licensed to drill the ground anchor bolts of the Pergola.
Please note that during our busy season (February-September) delivery and assembly may take up to 3 weeks to schedule.

If you are unable to find the 'Add Pergola Assembly Service' button on a pergola product page, it is possible that we do not offer the Pergola Assembly Service for that particular model.
The Assembly Itself
Assembling a Pergola is a task that requires careful attention to detail and collaboration. To ensure a safe and successful installation, we recommend having two people work together during the assembly process. This not only speeds up the process but also ensures that the structure is securely and accurately put together. The assembly of the Pergola can take up to 3-4 hours to complete. This is just an estimate and the time of completion does vary based on the following factors:
- Experience of the persons assembling the pergola
- Complexity of pergola model
- Weather conditions - we recommended constructing during a dry and calm day
