If you are experiencing issues with your pergola lights, we are here to guide you through the steps to address any problems you might encounter.

Review the Pergola Assembly Video

The first bit of advice we would recommend it to review our Pergola Assembly video below. The video shows the entire assembly process from start to finish, including the installation of the LED lights.

Troubleshooting Checklist

If the issue persists after reviewing the assembly video, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the Wiring: Ensure that all wires are dry and correctly connected.
  2. Test the Remote Control: Verify that the remote control is operational and has a functioning, healthy battery. Press any button on the remote; when doing so you should see a red light.
  3. Transformer Recommendations: Confirm that you've adhered to the input and output electrical recommendations provided for the transformer.

If you are still facing issues, please see solutions below:

  1. If all the LED lights are not coming on at all or stuck only on one colour, please can you try resyncing the lights with the video attached. If this does not work, please open the RGB controller (black box) and send us a picture. 
  2. If one LED light strip is coming on or is the wrong colour compared to the other lights, please remove and swap the LED strips to change the configuration. We advise to try one by one and not all at the same time. 
  3. If one LED light strip has two different colours we will need to send you a new LED strip.

Please note, if a replacement part is required, we will need you to send back the faulty part to us first before we can send out a replacement. This is our protocol set by our manufacturer so we can test the faults and ensure this does not happen again in the future. We will send you a pre-paid label and we simply ask you to send this to your local post office.
