For complete peace of mind, our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing/quality faults including; frames, hinges, and upholstery, ensuring your investment is protected.

Please note that this guarantee applies only to our Marlow and Amberley ranges and excludes: Sofas and Armchairs, other indoor furniture ranges, outdoor furniture, pergolas, parasols, lighting, outdoor cooking and heating appliances and home décor and accessories.

Our high-quality pieces are designed for durability, and our guarantee reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and peace of mind.


Harbour reserves the right to not apply the guarantee where it deems, and/or when damages and defects are caused by the below:

  • There's evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment
  • The product hasn't been properly maintained in accordance with our care instructions  
  •  The product is in an unsanitary condition (for example, caused by pets or pests). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product  
  • The product has been exported outside of the UK  
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Commercial use (unless agreed at the point of order)

Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.


How do I make a claim on the guarantee?  

If you need to make a claim please send an email [email protected] with a detailed description of the fault. Please include photographs to support your claim.

You'll need proof of purchase including your order confirmation number. 

If your product is unable to be repaired then we'll replace it with the same model. However, if your product is no longer available, we will exchange it with one of an equivalent specification or purchase value.
